Mac early 2008 - confusing issue with ATI Radeon HD 5770

This video card is fairly new and was supposed to be compatible with my system - but i don't understand why it is split up like it is and it appears that there is no driver installed on one of the splits. I haven't found much info and will contact customer support, but i am wondering if anyone has seen this issue. The main issue is apparent at the very bottom set of information copied from my system report It sys that the driver is not installed??? also even though the driver is not installed but it using 2.GBs link speed and the other part is the split up sets of info from the same card says the driver is installed and using 2.5 GBs. Nothing has been acting strange with my 2 monitorss and I am not sure if this is because of EL Capitan, I had not not checked the video card specs on the system in Mavericks or Yosemite. I can't seem to find much info about this card and possible updates or fixes.
